This happy herd of beef cows reside on our small farm outside the village of Cazenovia, NY.
After three generations of dairy farming, we transitioned to beef cattle and crops in 1989.

Beef cattle are rotationally grazed on lush meadows, then fed hay and grain in the winter that was harvested during our beautifully hot & humid CNY summer days - yielding rich flavor and texture. Not only is grass-fed beef more humane for the cattle, it's much better for you too. Packed with B vitamins, grass-fed beef is also higher in valuable nutrients like vitamins A & E, antioxidants, conjugated linoleic acid, and omega-3 fatty acids - compared to grain fed cattle. 

$5.00 Per Pound - Bulk

whole, half or quarter

Bulk purchases give you the option of customizing cuts and are less expensive. When buying bulk, you pay by the hanging weight which includes all processing and packaging fees. Our animal’s average market weight is about 1200 pounds and yields approximately 700 pounds hanging weight. Estimated freezer space for a whole cow is roughly 20 cubic feet. Weights may vary based on the overall growth of the animal.

Custom Cuts

choose thickness, package options, etc

Beef is vacuum packed in clear packaging and immediately frozen. This ensures that meat remains fresh while stored in your freezer. Our beef is USDA inspected and is processed at a local plant that has the required equipment and meets all standards. Our burger is 85% lean and all cuts are well marbled.
A "cut sheet" with packaging options will be provided.

Cut sheet must be filled out, and include signature before the processing of your order may begin. ​Full payment is due upon pickup.

Taste the difference.

Slowly thaw steak in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
Ensure your grill/pan
is hot for a proper sear. Reduce heat and finish
with butter, olive oil,
garlic, S&P, etc.
Don't over cook. 
Let rest before serving.
